The building system proposed must be seen as a method for optimizing cost, environmental issues, speed to completion and the opportunity to design solutions that meet local requirements.
Conversely to other building systems, ours are manufactured through CAD/CAM research driven technologies that are modified to meet the specific requirements of our clients. We offer our clients three basic schemes:
Under all of the above options, the superstructure and all internal finishing’s (eg. floors, tiling, doors, windows, cabinets, roofing, etc.) electro-mechanical and sanitary ware are included. Foundations and connections to water, sewerage and electricity is not included. However, the necessary connectors are pre fabricated at our factories for ease of connectivity.
Cost of construction is significantly lower than contemporary building methods. It is not possible to quote a fixed price per square meter as this is dependent upon the options chosen by a client. However, we can state that it starts at around USD900.00 to USD1000.00 (all ex-factory). If scale is taken into account, we would be willing to find a mutually acceptable cost per square meter.
We are in a position to provide architectural, design and construction services through Fifth Dimension Studio. However, it is our practice to draw upon local artisans and builders so that they become fully conversant with these new building technologies.

With the cold rolled steel of different strength and thickness as substrate, It is produced through applying AL-ZN coat on both faces by hot dip process. In its coating, AL accounts for about 55%, Si 1.6%, while the remaining is ZN.
It enjoys both the physical protective feature and durability of AL and the electrochemical protective property of ZN and its surface has bright silver color and regular embossed-like figure, which are highly decorative.

The entire structure is designed, detailed and optimized using our Software. The completed file, then ready for production, is sent electronically to the manufacturing equipment.
The automatic manufacturing equipment then creates each component of the Building frame individually, labelling them according to their location in the frame for error free assembly.
Every individual component is produced and detailed with individual characteristics according to its position in each panel. Cut to length, service and fastening holes are pre-punched, swaged, notched and ready for assembly.
The Smart Panel System components are assembled and packed for shipment. Once at the construction site, the panels and trusses are positioned for rapid and accurate erection.
The SMART PANEL system has applied for 38 patents which include patents for invention, utility model and appearance.
The smart panels consist of layers of materials designed to insulate and be energy efficient, prevent insects, sound proof, moisture proof, water proof and be fire resistant.
The panel shown is an example of the external covering. Panels are designed to specification, that is where appropriate a different type of panel will be used in different situations.
The panels shown below are for the internal walls.
The external walls can be clad in a variety of different materials including, metal, curtain, fibre cement board, wood plastic composite and a wide variety of stone effects and external wallpapers.

Our site supervisors oversee the unloading of the containers and organise the components to their location in the frame for error free assembly.
